If you are unable to complete the software installation or are receiving runtime error 5, please check with your network administrator to ensure that you have sufficient system user rights to install software.
Only the user (person logged into the machine) that has installed the software will be able to use the program error free. The software is set to run for the individual by creating a registry entry with the correct path for the program under the user's profile. As a standard network user you may need assistance from your local administrator depending on the policies set for your user account.
If you are receiving Runtime error 5, you will need to download the PsychCorpCenter Platform Update.
*NOTE: This update must be installed under the user login that was used to install the software.
