Frequently Asked Question:

Software does not accept a testing date other than the current computer date

Resolution:

Enter the date using the 4-digit format: mm/dd/yyyy. To enter a date of birth or the assessment date, use the mouse to click on the appropriate field and highlight the existing date. Type the date of birth, or select a date from the drop-down Calendar Control window. The date of birth is used to calculate the age, and may be used in other assessment-specific calculations.

If the dates are entered correctly and the date remains wrong, check your regional date settings in the control panel:

  • Click Start, Settings, Control Panel, Regional Settings, Date.
  • At the Regional Settings screen, click the Date tab.
  • Click the arrow at Short date style and select MM/dd/yyyy.
  • Click Apply, OK.
  • Restart the computer.
