The CELF-IV Scoring and Report Assistant has the following options:

  • Summary Report
    Provides a table of all CELF-4 subtests administered, index scores, raw scores, scaled scores, confidence intervals, percentile ranks, and age equivalents in a clear, concise format.
  • Interpretive Report
    This report offers interpretive information about relative strengths and weaknesses on CELF-IV index scores as well as the narrative information included in the CELF-IV Scoring Assistant.
  • Graphs of Core and Index Score and Percentile Ranks
    This shows the student's standard scores (40 - 160) and the applicable confidence interval ranges in a graphical display and the Graph of Core and Index Percentile Ranks shows a graphical display of the student's percentile ranks for standard scores and the Graph of Subtest Scaled Scores shows a graphical display of scaled scores (range is 1 - 19) and applicable intervals.
  • Graphs of Subtest Scores and Percentile Ranks
    This shows a graphical representation of the percentile ranks for scaled scores and applicable confidence intervals.
  • Therapy Activities
    This report provides the clinician with suggestions for activities for individual or group therapy. In addition, it provides a customized database for creating therapy activities for any examinee.
  • Classroom Interventions
    The Classroom Interventions option provides a list of suggestions and interventions for language support in the classroom and the option of writing and saving your own interventions.
  • Parent Report
    This report provides general, non-technical information about an examinee's performance on the CELF-IV assessment. This report is available on both English and Spanish.
  • Confidence Intervals
    The radio buttons for the confidence intervals default to 68% unless a previous report has been run. The available confidence intervals are: 68%, 90%, and 95%. Note: 015 is a more stringent level of confidence and is the preferred method. The .15 confidence interval provides a wider range of significance.
  • Level of Significance
    The radio buttons for the significance levels default to .05 unless a previous report has been run. Previous settings are used for the report.
