I do not see an icon to launch Q-interactive on my iPad?

Follow the steps below:

The user will need to download and install the Q-Interactive App from Itunes. On the iPad, tap the "App Store" Icon. Tap "Search Store" in the upper right hand corner, then type in "Q Interactive" and tap search.  Tap "Free" to install the App.  You will need to have set up an Itunes account prior to this step. The app will be labeled Assess.
