Frequently Asked Question:

If the child goes over the time limit, does this entire time contribute to the “total item completion times” figure?

Answer:

The clinician should calculate the scores based on the child's performance at the time limit. The clinician can allow the child additional time if desired but in order to apply norms, recording and scoring of performance at the time limit is important. For subjects who exceed the time limit, the clinician should record the time limit as the completion time and never include time given after the time limit in the completion time.
