Error 3721 line 315; failed to load CRViewer.dll

 If when running the report for the DKEFS Scoring Assistant you recieve the message "Error 3721 line 315; failed to load CRViewer.dll", first try the steps below:

1. Click START
2. Click RUN
3. Type in:  regsvr32 crviewer.dll
4. You should see "DllRegisterServer in CRViewer.dll succeeded"
5. Open PsychCorpCenter and re-run the reports
6. If this fails, run the PCC Crystal Reports Update 8.5 by clicking the link below.
