Error Description:
Error 3265 / line 0 wr_wisciv_ w4int_ASRO: clsint VDOM PopulateScaledScore and base rate variables. Item cannot be found in the collection requested name or ordinal
Resolution:
- Go to C:\Program Files\PsychCorpCenter\Norms
- Rename the file WISCiv_norms.mdb to WISCiv_norms.old
- Insert the WISC-IV Integrated Writer CD-ROM.
- It should automatically start the installer. Choose the ""Repair"" option and follow the prompts to complete the repair. If it asks to restart, let it restart immediately with the CD-ROM disc still in the drive.
