Error Description:

Server has not yet been opened

Resolution:

To resolve the Crystal Reports error, server cannot be opened, copy the P2SOLEDB.DLL in WINDOWS\SYSTEM to the WINDOWS\CRYSTAL directory.

  1. To find the file P2SOLEDB.DLL, go to ""Find Files or Folders"" from the Start Menu.
  2. Enter the file name, ""P2SOLEDB.DLL"" in the ""Find"" box, ensure that the entire C:\ drive and sub-directories are selected.
  3. Highlight the file, {P2SOLEDB.DLL} by clicking once, not double-clicking.
  4. From the file menu bar across the top of the window, select Edit, Copy.
  5. Close the ""Find Files or Folders"" window.
  6. Open ""Windows Explorer"" by clicking Start, Programs, Windows Explorer.
  7. Locate the ""Windows"" folder and double-click to open the list of folders for viewing.
  8. Browse down and locate the ""Crystal"" folder and double-click to open.
  9. Place your mouse cursor on the right-hand windows pane, and click Edit, Paste from the menu bar.
  10. Launch the PsychCorpCenter scoring product to create the assessment reports.
