These errors may indicate that the WAIS-III-Canadian Scoring Assistant did not install smoothly due to the presence of applications running in the background. Follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the software:

Uninstall the program first. Follow these steps to uninstall the software.

• Click Start, Programs, select PsychCorpCenter and click Un-Install.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to complete uninstall.
• When finished, restart the system.

If you do not find Uninstall in the program group, use Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs to uninstall. If this choice does not work, please contact the Technical Support Center for an uninstall cleanup disk that will completely remove the program.

• Close down the system and reboot before continuing with the clean install.
• Reinstall the software and reboot the system before launching the program.
