Frequently Asked Question:

Cannot see the entire screen

Answer:

The hardware requirements for Sensory Profile specify a SVGA 16-bit color monitor, 800x600 resolution or better, and small fonts. The settings must be set before you install the program. To change screen display:

  • Begin at the desktop with all open programs closed.
  • Right mouse-click on the desktop; select Properties, Settings.
  • Move the slider bar for display/desktop resolution 800x600.
  • If color is not set to 256 colors, click the arrow at Color Palette and select 256 colors.
  • Font Size must be Small Fonts or Normal - 96 DPI; change if set to Large Fonts or Others.
  • Click Apply and OK to save the changes.
  • Restart your computer.

If the display remains too large, change the display/desktop setting to 1024x768 resolution. You can leave this as the standard setting for your Windows programs, or change to this setting each time this program is used.

The Sensory Profile is no longer available for purchase. Please update your software to the enhanced Sensory Profile Select Scoring Assistant.
